Crowing roosters
Calling quail - lots of quail
Raucous cactus wrens
Singing cardinals
Loud peacocks
Lots of other birds
Barking dogs
Braying donkey
Traffic (We're on a busy street - busy for a semi-rural area, that is.)
Power tools
Small tractor
What we haven't heard but heard regularly in our old place:
Police helicopter almost every night
Screaming fights at the neighbor's
Thumpa-thumpa music
High-pitched motorbike engine screaming down the street every night after 11 pm

Sounds MUCH beddah!
The sounds at your new place are pretty much the sounds we hear at our place (including the traffic ... but not the donkey :).
And those other sounds ... not so much, although my twenty-something neighbors down the road like loud music when they're driving in their cars ;).
Pretty soon it'll be the tree frogs and bull frogs. You do have water, don't you?
Flash hot water heater is a great idea. I was going to suggest it in the comments if you had not already thought of it. Ah, the good life. Best wishes in our new home. Un buen vecino es como el oro!
